In addition to the cavity, mold, and insert domains, a new category for a runner domain is available. You can assign a runner domain to the solid CAD components which are part of a runner system.
The Flow and Warp analysis solvers are improved. A new solver, which is based on the CICSAM (compressive interface capturing scheme for arbitrary meshes) method for flow front tracking, is the default Flow solver for plastic injection molding analysis.
The report template is enhanced for improved readability.
An updated user interface conforms to the SOLIDWORKS software user interface for improved usability.
