File View Tabs

Click the tabs at the bottom of the right pane to view information about files you select from the list at the top of the pane.

Only the Bill of Materials tab is available if you switch to Bills of Materials view.

  • Preview Tab

    You can view file previews in the Preview tab when you select a file in the File View. The previews are generated by the viewer associated with the file type.

  • Data Card Tab

    The Data Card tab shows the card layout for the selected file or folder.

  • Version Tab

    The Version tab lists information about the file in your local vault including the version and state.

  • Bill of Materials Tab

    The Bill of Materials tab lists the references contained in the selected file. The columns can contain information such as part number, revision, and category.

  • Contains Tab

    The Contains tab lists files that are referenced by the selected file.

  • Where Used Tab

    The Where Used tab lists the files that the selected file is referenced from. You can select the version of the file for which to view parent files or display all versions.
