Verifying the Synchronizing Between a Revision Variable and a Revision Number

To verify synchronizing the revision number, manually set the revision number on a file.

  1. Select a file that has a revision value in the card variable and is in the workflow state for which you set the revision number via Administration tool.
  2. Select the file and click Modify > Set Revision.
    The Data Card Variable column displays the revision value of the variable.
  3. Right-click and select Set All New Revision Values to Card Variable Value.
  4. Click OK.
