Document Properties - Tables

You can specify document-level drafting settings for all tables. Available for all document types. Some settings are only available for drawings.

To open this page:

With a drawing open, click Options (Standard toolbar), select Document Properties, and then select Tables.

Overall drafting standard

Overall drafting standard Inherited from the selected Drafting Standard page settings.

Text

Font

Click to modify the font.

Each time you change the table font, the document-level font for each table type is updated accordingly.

Settings

Use template settings Overrides a table's document properties with the settings of an imported template.

When selected:

  • New tables use the template settings.
  • The Use document settings option in the PropertyManager is cleared.

When cleared:

  • New tables use the document settings of the respective table type.

    The Use document settings option in the PropertyManager is selected. You can modify the settings in Document Properties - Tables.

Cell paddings

Horizontal padding Sets default horizontal padding for all tables.
Vertical padding Sets default vertical padding for all tables.
