Access to the SOLIDWORKS Materials Web Portal is available only for SOLIDWORKS Subscription Services customers.
The SOLIDWORKS Materials Web Portal is an external database of materials supported by Matereality LLC. The material properties have been tested by Matereality LLC and verified through published research and catalogues supplied by various materials vendors; the database is searchable by the type of simulation study and material model.
The SOLIDWORKS Materials Web Portal is only accessible to SOLIDWORKS subscription services customers who have a license of SOLIDWORKS Simulation Professional, or a license of SOLIDWORKS Simulation Premium. The SOLIDWORKS Materials Web Portal is not accessible to SOLIDWORKS subscription services customers with a license of SOLIDWORKS Standard, SOLIDWORKS Professional or SOLIDWORKS Premium.
SOLIDWORKS subscription services customers with a license of SOLIDWORKS Simulation Standard have access to the SOLIDWORKS Materials Web Portal but they can only download materials that have properties for linear static and fatigue studies (a limited set of materials relative to the full set of materials provided in the SOLIDWORKS materials web portal).
