Customize Search Locations for Drawings Dialog Box

Use the Customize search locations for drawings dialog box, to customize how Workgroup PDM searches for drawings in the Check In dialog box.

To access the dialog box, right-click in the vault view and click Options. On the Command Defaults tab of the SOLIDWORKS Workgroup PDM Options dialog box, click Customize search locations.

File Locations Folders to search.

Add Folder opens the Browse for Folder dialog box to let you search for a folder.

Remove deletes the selected folder path.
Exclude Standard Libraries Excludes the folders defined on the Standard Libraries tab of the VaultAdmin tool.
Include SOLIDWORKS File Locations -> Referenced Documents folders Includes the folders designated for referenced documents on the File Locations tab of the SOLIDWORKS System Options dialog box.
