Hole Callouts and Dual Dimensions

In hole callouts with tolerances on the diameter, dual dimension nominal, maximum, and minimum values are grouped together within one bracket set instead of separated between each of the callout elements.

Bent leaders attached to hole callouts with dual dimensions follow the same rules as other hole callouts and respect justification settings of the dimension text.
