Settings Dialog Box - Viewers

Use the Viewers page to define the external viewers that are used for the View File command.

The View File command is used if:
  • A file type is not supported by the built-in preview
  • Users want to open a file in a separate viewer window
  • Users want to view files that are outside the vault
These settings do not affect the built-in Preview tab, which displays a preview for most file types when a user selects a file in a vault.
