Adding New Files

You can add new files or upload a new version of an existing file to the vault using Upload and Check In.

Web2 adds and checks in new files to the folder level that is currently displayed in the file list.

To upload a new version of an existing file, you must check out the file and use the same filename as the file in the vault.

To add new files:

  1. Click Upload and Check In on the screen that has the appropriate folder level.
  2. Select the files to be uploaded and click Open.
  3. In the Upload and Check In dialog box, type a comment and click Upload and Check In.
    To upload more files, click Add More Files.
