Exploded View Tool

You can create exploded views of Routing assemblies similar to SOLIDWORKS assemblies using the Exploded View tool.

The functionality covers the following:

  • You can create exploded views at the subassembly level.
  • You can create exploded views with the following types:
    • Regular step
    • Radial step
  • You can drag or select route parts in subassemblies or components similar to the way that you can drag them in the top level assembly.
  • You cannot use the Exploded View tool with flattened routes.
  • When you create an Exploded View for a component, the sketch is hidden.
