Exporting Workgroup PDM Files

To export files:

  1. In Windows, click Start > Programs > SOLIDWORKS <version_number> > SOLIDWORKS Tools > SOLIDWORKS Task Scheduler .
  2. In the SOLIDWORKS Task Scheduler dialog box, click Export Workgroup PDM Files .
  3. Log in with your Workgroup PDM user name and password and the name of the computer with the Workgroup PDM vault.
  4. In the Export Workgroup PDM Files dialog box, set the options in Export SOLIDWORKS Workgroup PDM Files, then click Finish.
    The task and its title, scheduled time, scheduled date, and status appear in the Tasks panel. The status of the task is Scheduled. When the task is finished, the status changes to Completed.
