Tools Menu

The Tools menu provides the following options.

Snapshot	Takes a snapshot of the scene exactly as it appears in the 3D Viewport. The screenshot is saved in the Images library.
Render	Starts rendering the scene at the resolution specified in the Options dialog box. The rendering is saved in the Images library.
Unify all Identical Appearances	Eliminates duplicate appearances.
Refresh All Textures	Reloads referenced textures from disk.
Deactivate License	If you want to switch licenses (for example, from a node-locked license to a floating license), or transfer a license from one computer to another, use this option to deactivate your old license first. Then exit and restart SOLIDWORKS Visualize. In the Licensing Setup screen, select a licensing option.
Options	Opens the Options dialog box.
