Gets or sets the option to override template settings for offset-based finishing for machined parts.

Remarks

Setting this property is only applied if ICostPart::GetCostingMethod is either swcMethodType_e.swcMethodType_Machining or swcMethodType_e.swcMethodType_MachinedPlate.
