Plotting the Power Consumption of a Motor

You can plot the power required by a motor to move a part.

  1. From a Motion Analysis study, click Results and Plots Tool_Results_and_Plots.gif (MotionManager toolbar).
  2. In the PropertyManager, under Result, for Category, select Momentum/Energy/Power.
  3. For Subcategory, select Power Consumption.
  4. For features , select a motor.
  5. Select the Plot Results options you require, and click .
    The result appears in the MotionManager tree.
  6. Click Calculate Tool_Calculate.gif (MotionManager toolbar).
