Treehouse

With Treehouse, you can set up your SOLIDWORKS assembly hierarchy in a graphical user interface before you start building your models in SOLIDWORKS. You can also use Treehouse to add to an existing file structure.

To run Treehouse:

In Windows, click Start > SOLIDWORKS version > SOLIDWORKS Tools > SOLIDWORKS Treehouse version.

In Treehouse you can:

  • Drag part, assembly, and drawing nodes into the graphics area to create a file structure.
  • Edit file properties.
  • Add configurations.
  • Suppress components and component instances.
  • Drag existing documents into Treehouse from Windows Explorer.
