Graphics Triangles |
Lists files by the number of graphic triangles
contained in a part. The number of graphic triangles indicate the
level of detail in a component. A high number can indicate a
component with excessive detail.
Components are not listed when the sum of graphics triangles
for all instances is less than 5,000.

Shaded Image
Quality |
Lists the files where image quality is medium-high or
very high. Click
Show These Files to view a list of affected
files.
For image quality, click . In the Shaded and draft quality
HLR/HLV resolution section, move the
Low (faster) - High (slower)
slider to change the image resolution.
Parts with very high image quality have the
slider set at 80% or greater. Parts with medium-high image
quality have the slider set at 60% - 80%.
Parts that have curved faces require more graphic triangles for display
when setting image quality to a higher setting.
If the list of files does not appear,
click and clear the Apply to all referenced
part documents option. A message about assembly
image quality appears when you have the Apply to all
referenced part documents option selected and
meet the following conditions:
- Shaded and draft quality
HLR/HLV resolution slider is set above
sixty percent.
- Number of components in the assembly is
equal or above the Large Assembly Mode threshold.

Display Speed |
Indicates if the display speed is too slow during
dynamic view operations like zoom, pan, and rotate. To improve display speed:
- Use Large Assembly Mode, which is a
collection of system settings. Click to turn on Large Assembly Mode.
- On the View toolbar, turn off:
- Shadows
in Shaded Mode
- RealView
Graphics
- Minimize the use of texture:
- Do not apply textures until you need
them.
- Create a derived configuration of
the current model and apply textures to that derived
configuration. Edit your model using the
configuration that does not have the textures. To
display the model with the textures, switch to the
derived configuration.

Appearances |
Displays a warning if a file contains over 100
appearances applied to faces. Click Show These
Files
to view the list
of affected files. |
Components Far from
Origin |
For assemblies that have a bounding box larger than
1000 meters, if one or more components are far from the assembly
origin then the assembly seems to disappear when you zoom to fit.
The assembly zooms far out to include the components near the origin
as well as those far from the origin. Click Fix It
to move the
stray components closer to the origin.
