Several mesh enhancements improve the mesh creation
process.
- Application of previously defined mesh settings when creating a new surface mesh,
and ability to re-mesh the part in one step.
- Creation of Mesh groups enables an easier identification of dependent domains
(cavity, runner, inserts) and independent domains (mold, cooling channels) during
surface meshing. For all parts inside a dependent domain, the mesh is compatible in
areas where the parts come into contact.
- Identification of SOLIDWORKS CAD geometry as a mold domain.
