Building Component Models You can build a SOLIDWORKS part model for an individual component. CircuitWorks stores component models in the Component Library. CircuitWorks also builds component models when you build an assembly. To build a component model: From the tree view, navigate to and select the component. Components with no model in the Component Library are shown with a icon. Right-click the component and select Build Model. If a model for this component already exists in the Component Library, CircuitWorks prompts you either to overwrite or use the existing model. The CircuitWorks Progress pane shows the progress as the model builds. SOLIDWORKS displays the completed model. CircuitWorks stores the model in the Component Library for future use.
