Three bend corners are improved to create corner reliefs that are smaller
than the required default corner treatment when in the folded state.
Previously, the software could only create three bend corner reliefs in the
folded part when the corner treatment was bigger than the necessary cutout that was
required to unfold the part.
The following shows a circular corner relief in the folded state.
