Get File's State Transitions Example (C#)
This example shows how to get a file's current and next possible state
transitions.
NOTE: If using the .NET Framework 4.0 primary interop assembly
provided with SOLIDWORKS PDM Professional, see
Using .NET Framework 4.0 in
Stand-alone Applications.
