Installing the File Version Upgrade Utility

The File Version Upgrade Utility is provided on the SOLIDWORKS installation media in the SWPDMClient\Support\File Version Upgrade\ directory.

To install the File Version Upgrade Utility:

Navigate to the SWPDMClient\Support\File Version Upgrade Utility\ on the Installation media.
Double-click File Version Upgrade.exe.
In the Welcome screen, click Next.
Accept the license agreement and click Next.
Click Install.
Click Finish.
