Adding Flag Note Balloons to Notes

To add flag note balloons to notes:

  1. Double-click a note to edit it.
  2. In the note, position the pointer where you want to insert the flag note balloon.
  3. In the Note PropertyManager, under Text Format, select Flag Note Bank .
  4. In the Flag Note Bank dialog box, select the flag to insert.
  5. Click OK to close the dialog box.
  6. Click to close the PropertyManager.
