Use the Advanced Conversion Options (Adobe Photoshop) dialog box to set options when exporting SOLIDWORKS documents as Adobe Photoshop files. The same options are available in the Advanced Conversion Options (TIF) dialog box when you export to TIF files.
To display this dialog box:

When configuring a conversion task, on the Conversions Settings page of the Convert - Properties dialog box, for Output file format, select Adobe Photoshop (*.psd) or TIF (*.tif) and click Conversion Options.

When initiating a conversion task, in the Convert dialog box, for Output file format, select Adobe Photoshop (*.psd) or TIF (*.tif) and click Conversion Options.
Image type |
Image type used for the converted files.Select one:
Black & white (bilevel) Not useful for shaded images or with background color. For drawings with black lines and white background, this option produces the minimum sized file.

Packbits Results in the smallest color image.

Group 4 Fax Results in the smallest file size of the three formats, but can only be used for a black and white image.
