Creating Flag Notes

To create flag notes:

  1. In a drawing, click Insert > Annotations > Note.
  2. Click to place the note in the drawing.
  3. On the Formatting toolbar, click Number.
  4. Type the numbered items.
  5. Click the item number to flag.
  6. In the PropertyManager, under Border:
    1. Select Add to Flag Note Bank.
    2. Select options.
    As you select and add other numbered items, they are added to the Flag Note Bank.
  7. Click .
