This method is valid:

only for a Cartesian coordinate system,

- and -

if ICWTopologyMinimizeMaximumDisplacementGoal::SetCoordinateSystemPreference sets swsTopologyStudyDisplacementCoordinateSysOption_e.swsTopologyDisplacementCoordinateSysOption_UserDefine,

- and -

if ICWTopologyMinimizeMaximumDisplacementGoal::SetComponent sets any displacement component other than swsTopologyStudyDisplacementComponentType_e.swsTopologyDisplacementCompType_URES.
