Use the Input Formula dialog box to populate an edit box control with a string built up by values from variables linked to other controls on the data card.
To display this dialog box:
Add an Edit 
control to a data card. In the Edit-box properties pane, beside Input formula click Browse (...).
To select variables for the input formula, click
