Columns

Columns provide a way to control how file data is displayed.

Customizable column listings:

File List	Adds data card variable-value columns to the file listing in Windows File Explorer.
Search Result	Creates search result column listings in the search tool

You can also customize the column lists that are displayed on the Bill of Materials tab in SOLIDWORKS PDM File Explorer and Item Explorer.

Item Explorer columns cannot be customized.

Search 'Columns' in the SOLIDWORKS Knowledge Base.
