You can define the end condition of a hole to the depth up to the tip or
to
the shoulder. The options are available for all Hole
Wizard features (including the Hole Wizard
Assembly feature) and Advanced Hole
types with the following end conditions:
- Blind
- Up to Vertex
- Up to Surface
- Offset from Surface
For legacy holes, the options are only available for holes with drill types
such as simple, tapered, counterbore, countersunk, and counter drilled holes.
After creating the hole feature, you can switch between the two options. Hole
callouts in drawings display dimensions based on the depth of the end condition.

Previously, the end condition of a hole was calculated only up to the full
diameter of the shoulder.
