Select the bodies from the parent study to include in the submodel.
To access this PropertyManager, right-click the study icon at the top of the Simulation study tree (static or nonlinear study type) and select Create Submodeling Study.
Submodel
| Select a parent study from which you create the submodeling study. The study type must be static or nonlinear static with more than one body and not be a submodeling study itself. The parent study cannot be a 2D Simplification study.

From the list of bodies, select the bodies to include in the submodeling study. - The selected bodies of the submodel cannot share connectors with unselected bodies.
- The selected bodies of the submodel cannot have No penetration contact with unselected bodies.
