When publishing to HTML, you can specify which features should be included in the HTML output.

The following sample HTML page shows the available features:

1 Toolbar Provides quick access to navigation and other common tools. Simple, Full, Meta-properties, PMI, View
2 Assembly Displays the model assembly tree. Full, Meta-properties, PMI
3 Main 3D Window (Viewport) Displays the Composer document using the dedicated Composer Player plug-in. All
4 BOM Table Displays an interactive BOM table. BOM, Full
5 Views Displays thumbnail images of all document views. Click a view to activate it in the viewport. Full, Meta-properties, PMI, View
6 PMI List (not shown) Shows product manufacturing information (PMI) for actors with PMI. PMI
7 Meta-Properties Shows part and assembly meta-properties. To see meta-properties, hover over actors in the Assembly pane that have "meta" labels. Full, Meta-properties
8 Detail View Shows a zoomed version of the actor selected in the BOM Table or Assembly pane. BOM, Full

Notes:

  • A Composer Player Pro license is necessary to use advanced features in published Composer HTML files. Therefore, for custom models, the Simple profile is always used. However, if you are using a Composer built-in sample, advanced features are now available even without the Player Pro license.

    Note: When opening a Composer HTML file without a Player Pro license, an information message appears to inform you about this.

  • HTML profiles (.smgPublishHtmlSet)are located in < install_dir >\Profiles. For information about customizing HTML profiles, see the Composer Programming Guide.
