Time Settings

The Time Settings dialog box lets you change timeline and animation settings.

Animation

To display this dialog box, click Animate > Settings > Time Settings .

The following topics are discussed:

Timeline

Command Name	Description
Start time	Specifies the earliest time visible in the timeline. When you change the value, Length updates automatically.
End time	Specifies the latest time visible in the timeline. When you change the value, Length updates automatically.
Length	Specifies the amount of time shown in the timeline. When you change the value, End time updates automatically.
Update markers when moving keys	Moves markers when moving keys. When this option is not enabled, you can dynamically enable it by pressing Shift when dragging a key.

Animation

Command Name	Description
Length	Rescales the entire animation. Existing keys are adjusted. You can also drag the mouse on the timeline for the entire timeline or just a range.
