The information entered in fields on a folder card is always inherited to any underlying folders. This means that you do not have to add information into every single subfolder unless the information should change. If so, the new information is inherited by its subfolders.
For example, if a user who is logged into a vault through Windows

Explorer enters information in the Edit Values tab
of a folder card, any subfolders below inherit the information and display it in the
View Values tab.
