You can
set up any type of value that you need to specify for characteristics in the Custom section of the Properties/Preferences PropertyManager.
To access the Custom section, in
the Table Manager, select the Characteristics
tab. The Custom section of the Characteristic tab then appears in the Properties/Preferences PropertyManager.
You
can edit fields in the Custom section on the Lists page of the
Options dialog box.
