Use the Add Users/Groups dialog box to select
users and groups to grant permissions to files in specific states or to grant permissions to
run transitions.
To open the Add Users/Groups
dialog box, in a state's or transition's Properties dialog box, on the Permissions tab, click Add
Users/Groups.

Lists all users and groups that
are defined in the vault database. Expand
All Users or a group
to select individual users. If you select a user that belongs to
multiple groups, the user is selected in the other groups as
well.
