Setting First Balloon

When balloons are numbered sequentially, you can select which balloon to use as the first balloon.

  1. In the drawing view, click one of the following:
    • Auto Balloon Tool_auto_balloon_annotations.gif (Annotation toolbar) or Insert > Annotations > Auto Balloon
    • Balloon Balloon (Annotation toolbar) or Insert > Annotations > Balloon
    • Stacked Balloon (Annotation toolbar) or Insert > Annotations > Stacked Balloon
  2. In the PropertyManager, under Item Numbers, select Order sequentially.
  3. Under Item Numbers, click in First item.
  4. Click the balloon to use as the first item.
  5. Click PM_OK.gif.
In this example, the bottom left balloon is selected as the first balloon.

The item numbers in the bill of materials update with the new balloon ordering.
