Gets or sets whether Layer property overrides apply to the current Viewport.

True if Layer property overrides apply to the current Viewport, false if not

Remarks

This property is valid only if ILayerState::Space is set to dsLayerStateSpaceType_e.dsLayerStateSpaceType_Sheet.
