Gets whether the specified custom property is editable.

Parameters

FieldName
Name of the custom property (see Remarks)
IsEditable
True if editable, false if not

Remarks

To populate FieldName, use ISwDMConfiguration::GetCustomPropertyNames to get the names of all of the custom properties.
