Leader/Extension Line Dragging

To set the dimension dragging option:

Type DraftingOptions at the command prompt.

In the Options dialog box, the User Preference page opens and Drafting Options expands.
Expand Leader/Extension Line Dragging.
Select Enable dragging by leaders and dimensions/extensions to drag dimensions and leaders into a new position by holding the mouse button pressed.

Search 'Leader/Extension Line Dragging' in the SOLIDWORKS Knowledge Base.
