Combining Same Weld Types in Weld Tables

You can combine same weld types in weld tables. The table gives the sum of weld length, weld mass, and quantity for each item.

To combine same weld types in a weld table:

  1. Click the move table icon in the upper left corner of the table to select the weld table.
  2. In the Weld Table PropertyManager, under Options, select Combine same weld types.
  3. Click .
    The weld table updates if the weld bead data changes.

Factors that determine the same weld types include: size, symbol, weld note, weld material, and weld process. In this example, when weld types are combined, rows 1 and 2, rows 6 and 7, and rows 8 and 9 are combined. Rows 3 and 4 are not combined because their weld types are different. For example, when rows 1 and 2 are combined, the weld length is 180 (2x50 + 2x40) and the quantity is 1.
