You can use the
Add Web API Server dialog box to add a Web API server.
To display this
dialog box:
In the Administration tool, right-click Web API Servers and
select Add Web API Server.
| Name of Web API
server |
Name for this Web API server. The
name is for identification only and does not have to match a
server name.

| URL of Web API
server |
URL to connect to the Web API server. Enter the
hostname. |
| Port Number |
Port number that the protocol uses. Enter a value
between 0 and 65535. The default value is 65453. |
| Protocol |
Protocol that is used for communication. The default
selection is HTTP. Use
HTTPS if you are using
SSL. |
| Preview |
Displays the complete connection string that includes
the connection URL, protocol, and port number. |
