The archive server that hosts the vault archive manages user authentication. You can use Validate Logins option to validate the user account.
To validate user accounts:
Expand Users and Groups
Management, right-click .
If the user information is invalid for a:

The user account is listed in the
Administration tool with a red plus symbol  . Such users may not be able to log
in to the vault until the issue is resolved. |
| SOLIDWORKS PDM user |
The user account displays with a
red lock indicator  . Right-click the user name and click Information to view details. |
