You can delete a workflow that is no longer being used.
You cannot delete a workflow if files exist in any of the workflow states, including files in the Deleted Items folder of the vault.
- In the Administration tree, expand Workflows.
- Right-click the workflow to delete and select Delete.
- From the confirmation prompt, click Yes.
