Setting Transition Rights You can assign permissions to control whether users or groups of users can send files through a transition. To assign transition rights: From the workflow editor, click the transition you want to edit. In the Properties dialog box, on the Permissions tab, click Add Users/Groups. In the Add Users/Groups dialog box, select groups or individual users to have permissions to run this transition. Select one or more groups or expand All Users or a group to select individual users. Type a string in the Filter field to display only users and groups whose names contain that string. Click OK. On the Permissions tab, in the left column, select a user or group. Use the Shift and Ctrl keys to make multiple selections. In the right column, select a check box in the table below to grant the permission or clear a check box to remove the permission. Permit Can send files through the transition. Disallow sequential state changes Cannot perform two sequential state transitions.
