The File Location Check verifies the location of the document templates against the settings in .
Click File Location 
under Document Checks 
to add this check to the Build Checks.

Select the file types to verify their correct path. File types without a search path are unavailabe.

Whenever the document's actual file locations specified in do not match the preferred file paths you set in the File Location Check dialog, the check fails. Failure results show missing paths, extra paths, and order mismatch.

Adds the folder paths listed under Folders to the list of paths defined in System Options during autocorrection. |
| Remove extra paths |
Removes the file paths not listed under Folders from the list of paths defined in System Options during autocorrection. |
| Check for order |
Checks and compares the order of the file path under Folders to System Options. Autocorrection maintains the preferred file order that you set in Folders. |
When Check for Order is checked, Remove Extra Paths is also checked because you cannot simultaneously keep extra paths and maintain the order of the file paths.
