Characteristic Tokens

Accept# Threshold of defective units for accepting the entire lot. The threshold is based on the sampling plan you selected for this dimension when creating the inspection sheet.
AQL Acceptable Quality Level you select when you choose a sampling plan for this dimension.
Balloon Number Unique identifier generated for each dimension by SOLIDWORKS Inspection.
Characteristic Number
Classification Specifies the classification of defects, such as Major, Minor, Critical, and Incidental.
Comments Field to enter comments for the characteristic.
Configuration Name SOLIDWORKS configuration associated with the characteristic.
Drawing Sheet SOLIDWORKS drawing sheet on which the characteristic is located.
Drawing View SOLIDWORKS drawing view with which the characteristic is associated.
GUID
Inspection Method Inspection method used to inspect the attribute.
Key Indicates whether the characteristic is a key characteristic. These are characteristics whose variation has a significant impact on the quality of the part.
Location Characteristic's location.
Lower Limit Absolute lower limit of the dimension (nominal value of the dimension minus lower tolerance value of the dimension).
- Tolerance Dimension's lower tolerance value.
Name Characteristic's name such as DetailItem 353 or RD2.
Occurrences Characteristic's quantity. For example, if there are 3X or three instances of the characteristic to inspect.
Plus Tolerance Dimension's upper tolerance value.
Operation Characteristic's inspection process.
Reference Indicates whether the characteristic is a reference dimension.
Reject Threshold of defective units for rejecting the entire lot. The threshold is based on the sampling plan you selected for this dimension when creating the inspection sheet.
Sample Size Number of units from the lot to inspect. Based on the sampling plan you selected for this dimension when creating the inspection sheet.
Specification Nominal value of the SOLIDWORKS dimension using a special geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GDT) font to represent GDT and other symbols.
Specification (Non GDT Font Version) Nominal value of the SOLIDWORKS dimension in numeric value only with no GDT symbols.
Sub-Type Characteristic's sub-type, such as length, perpendicularity, position, depth, or diameter.
Type Characteristic's type, such as Dimension, GTOL, Note, or Hole Callout.
Units Units for the dimension's nominal and tolerance values.
Upper Limit Absolute upper limit of the dimension. Calculated by adding the upper tolerance value of the dimension to the nominal value of the dimension.
Zone Characteristic's grid location.
