You can make changes to flattened routes by dragging entities and constraining them. These changes are not applied to the 3D configuration.
Make geometric changes (such as adding or deleting branches) in the 3D configuration, and the flattened configuration updates.
To edit a flattened route:

Activate the flattened route by right-clicking FlattenedRoute
and selecting Show Configuration.
- Right-click the flattened route and select Edit Flattened Route.
- Use the tools in the PropertyManager to make changes.

To view the connected entities, right-click connectors or route segments,
and select the following shortcut menu options:
- Connectors: View Connected Segments
- Route segments: View Connected
