Orientation of Axes in 3DCloudByMe SOLIDWORKS uses the Y-axis as the default up orientation for views. 3DCloudByMe uses the Z-axis as the default up orientation for views. When you publish the model, its orientation in the viewport determines the X-axis in 3DCloudByMe. When you publish a model to 3DCloudByMe if the scene floor is: Defined, the normal to the scene floor becomes the Z-axis in 3DCloudByMe. Undefined, the Y-axis in SOLIDWORKS becomes the Z-axis in 3DCloudByMe. Recommendations: Define the scene floor to control the orientation in 3DCloudByMe. In the SOLIDWORKS viewport, orient the model so that the normal to scene floor is in the up direction. Rotate the model in SOLIDWORKS about the scene floor and orient it so normal to the screen becomes the X-axis in 3DCloudByMe.
