delcmd
(delcmd string)
The delcmd function deactivates (deletes) a built-in command. This disables the command for the user.
The argument string specifies the name of the system command.
The deactivated command may be restored for the user with the actcmd function.
If the given argument is not a valid name of a system command, it returns nil, otherwise T.
