Gets whether this model has legacy cosmetic threads.

Return Value

True if the model has legacy cosmetic threads, false if not

Remarks

If this method returns true, you can call IModelDocExtension::UpgradeLegacyCThreads to upgrade cosmetic thread features to the latest cosmetic thread architecture.
