SOLIDWORKS Electrical has multiple configuration levels, divided into application-level (such as application language, graphic options, databases) and electrical project-level parameters.

You can lock these parameters by setting up a password in user rights management.

Electrical project-level configuration parameters are stored at the electrical project level (the settings apply only to the specific electrical project). Application-level configuration parameters apply to all electrical projects that use the configuration.
